Welcome to “Alla Locandra Malandra” Bed & Breakfast.
These are our rules for a wonderful journey.
At “Alla locanda Malandra” there isn’t a reception service so the customer must communicate before his arrive if it is different by our check-in and check-out times. Otherwise he could probably wait for a long time our staff.
If customer demage our rooms, he will pay for committed demages according to legal guarantee.
The check-in service is available between 15:00 and 18:30. We suggest our customers to communicate the expected arrival time during the booking act.
Customer must show at the receptionist the identity card or the passport and pay at check-in.
Price includes breakfast, sheets, television, air-conditioning and every bathroom tools. Extra new sheets and extra cleaning service are not included in the price.
Our customers can come in and go out in every moment of the day.
We don’t accept animals to prevent allergy or aversions of the other customers.
Safety Policy forbids the entry of customer’s guest.
The last day’s check out is at 11.00. For any delay customer will pay for an additional day in the B&B.
Usually the rooms should be left within 10.30 to allow our daily cleaning service. If some rooms are busy, the service will not be guaranteed. We suggest to our customers a suitable use of the toilet.
Bedrooms have blankets, pillows, bath towel and body soap. If you want something else, don’t hesitate to advise us! We will work to satisfy your request.
Customers can have breakfast between 8:00 and 9:30. Don’t forget to communicate your intolerances, if you have.
It’s several forbidden to cook and eat within the rooms and in the kitchen of the B&B.
It’s several forbidden to smoke inside the rooms and to connect your own electrical appliance to our electricity grid (exception for man razor).
We advise to all our customers to respect the silence between 22:00 - 8:00 and 14:00 – 16:00 and to have a suitable behavior to guarantee the serenity of all customers and the beauty of the palace where the B&B is situated.
“Alla Locanda Malandra” respects and protects your privacy under the law 675/96 and Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003.
Every customer’s information will be used only to send news about the B&B. For others usage we must have the customer’s permission.
Customer will pay for demage of the room. At the end of the journey, customer must give back the keys of the room, otherwise he will pay for their loss.
We suggest to turn off light, air conditioner, television and etc when customers leave the room.
We decline every responsibility for the loss, demage or theft of customer’s possessions.
We decline every responsibility for possible breakdowns that don’t depend on us.
You can reserve our rooms sending an email or by telephone. Then you will receive our confirmation with the details of the payment. The booking needs for a payment deposit, the 30% of the total, to send by credit card, Pay Pal or bank transfer.
For any problem regarding your reservation, we will find the best possible solution or, if you want, we will give back the deposit received at the booking.
You can cancel your booking without additional costs until 3 days before the arrival day, otherwise you will must pay the price for the first night.
